1. Go to http://www.blogger.com/, notice the arrow icon that states ‘Create your blog now’? click on it to get started.

2. Next, you will be required to key in your account basic information. emails (get one from gmail.com for blogger), password, screennames, the visual code verifications, and tick on the user agreements. Press next.

3. Here, you will need to input the basic information of your blog. what’s your favor blog title and blog address? note that your blog URL will be added into as a sub URL of blogspot.com… say that if you enter ‘howto101′ into the blog address, your exact blog address will be http://www.howto101.blogspot.com, got it?

In case you wish to have your own domain, you will need to register it and host it on a server. try Godaddy for domain registration and for hosting, i would suggest bluehost. there are a lot more good hosting services available…i recommend bluehost is just because it works fine with me and i like their customer supports a lot.
